Verndari

This is a necklace i made about a year ago, i made it with intent to be given to someone sometime. when ever that will be, ha ha ha

I have named it Verndari, which is Icelandic for Protector, it is virtually covered with Algiz runes, as a protecting force, On the inside (between the two layers of metal) are more Aligiz runes (a total of nine on the whole pendant) and a bind rune in the center also giving protection to the wearer.

The amulet is made from two Mjollnirs cut from Aluminium, then bound with copper wire and some black chord. It remains one of my more prised works, it is made with intent, not just metal.

Verndari is made in the likeness of my own Mjolnir pendant which was the first thing i crafted and as i recall Verndari was the second, at the time i had no idea who it was for.. i just knew i had to make it as i did

I decided to take a new picture of this one, natural stone and is a far nicer backdrop and the sun is the greatest of lights
